RitmoKit

Description

RitmoKit helps administrators organize media and manage the lifecycle of pages from one dashboard.

  • Create unlimited virtual image folders and organize existing uploads.
  • Upload images into a selected folder and filter the Media Library by folder.
  • Schedule publication, switching a page to draft, and moving a page to trash at specific dates.
  • View scheduling history and cancel pending schedules.

All included features are free, without expiration or an external account. Virtual folders do not move files on disk. The interface is currently in Spanish.

The separately distributed RitmoKit Pro add-on adds relative schedules, upload optimization and optional permanent media cleanup. Its code is not included in this plugin.

The plugin does not call external services or collect telemetry. Scheduled actions use WP-Cron and may be delayed on sites with little traffic. Administrators should configure a real server cron when precise timing is required.

Installation

  1. Install and activate RitmoKit.
  2. Open RitmoKit in the administration menu.
  3. Create folders and schedules using your site’s configured timezone.

FAQ

Does the free version expire?

No. All features included in this plugin remain available without payment.

Are folders physical directories?

No. They are virtual groups stored as a media taxonomy.

Does a scheduled deletion permanently delete the page?

The free version moves pages to the WordPress trash. Permanent image cleanup is only an optional feature of the separate Pro add-on.

Will actions always run at the exact second?

WP-Cron normally runs when a request reaches your site, so execution may be delayed.
