Very useful and easy to integrate

Xatkit solves the main problem a shop owner needs to face to get a quality chatbot for her online shop: defining the bot conversations (and updating them later on, every time the shop changes with new products or new information).
You can still configure whatever you need (bot responses, colors,…) but the bot is plug&play.
