## Description

Tahvo learns from your website and answers your customers’ questions in the chat.
When it cannot help, it takes the customer’s contact details and sends the request
to your email.

 * Learns from your own website, no training needed
 * Answers in up to five languages
 * Quote, callback and booking requests straight to your email
 * Hosted in Europe, tells visitors they are talking to an AI (EU AI Act)

Try it free for 7 days, no credit card. The trial starts when the chat is live on
your site.

### External services

This plugin loads the Tahvo chat widget (https://tahvosolutions.fi/widget.js) on
the public pages of your site. When a visitor opens the chat and writes a message,
the message, the page address and the visitor’s language are sent to the Tahvo service
to produce the answer. Nothing is sent before the visitor uses the chat, other than
loading the widget script and its settings.

Service provider: Tahvo Solutions. Terms: https://tahvosolutions.fi/terms.html Privacy
