Mouse cursor customizer

Description

By installing this plugin, you can change the cursor to an image in png, jpg, jpeg format. You can use different images for the entire document, another image for links or buttons. The setup process is simple. Install the plugin then in Appearance-> Cursor Settings select the image for your cursor and upload it. Remember that the image should not be too large to cover the content or too small and invisible.

You can specify in the settings whether the cursor for links and buttons will change. You can customize a single image and its size for links, buttons or the entire document. You can also adjust the cursor so that it does not change.

Image format: Use only PNG, JPG, GIF image formats and GIF format can lose its animation if it was!!!

Key features of this plugin include:

  • Upload your image as a cursor.
  • Adjust the size of your image.
  • You can choose whether the cursor changes for links or buttons
  • You can also download your cursors for links and buttons.
    and ask them your sizes

This plugin depends on the jQuery and JQuery UI libraries (Included in the WordPress core).

  1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/plugin-name directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.

FAQ

I uploaded my picture, but the cursor has not changed.

Make sure your image is in JPG, PNG, GIF format. Try resetting the page cache Ctrl + F5 (Win) or Cmd + R (MAC OS).

I uploaded an image in GIF format with animation, but my cursor is not animated

Unfortunately gif animation will not work. You will see a non-animated GIF cursor

How do I return to the standard cursor

You can delete the image by selecting the checkbox below the image on the “Cursor settings” page or simply deactivate the plugin. In case of deactivation of the plugin, the image will not be deleted and you can always return to this image.

I reset the page cache but the image of my cursor did not appear.

Make sure your browser supports javascript, and if so, it is most likely that your style design of the site is using special style settings, in which case you will have to change the cursor through the stylesheet of your site (not through this plugin).

I got the message “Sorry, but this image could not be processed.”

The plugin uses WordPress functionality for image processing. Unfortunately, for some reason, the function failed to process the image. Try loading a different image.
