Description

Provides the ability to have a bookmarklet on your browser that will let you add any page as a link on your blog.
Replaces the functionality of the Add Link bookmarklet that was removed in WordPress 2.5. For more information
on what a bookmarklet is and how to use them see bookmarklets.com

Screenshots

  • This is what the bookmarklet looks like. It will auto-populate the Name field with the page title and the Web Address field with the page url
  • This shows the link that needs to be put on the links/favourites bar on your browser

Installation

  1. Download the zip file & extract the contents to /wp-content/plugins
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
  3. Drag the link ‘Add Link to WordPress’ that is next to the ‘Visit plugin site’ link on the plugin to your browser’s links bar.
