Which DigitalSignage4 package would you recommend to get me started?

It all depends on your business. If you have an e-commerce site with few references, you can choose the Silver package. This level allows you to create 30 videos per month, so you can showcase several products on your site.
The Gold package is more comprehensive, giving you access to more templates and allowing you to create up to 70 videos per month.
Of course, you can upgrade at any time.

How many DigitalSignage4 video templates can I use?

Whatever your package, you have access to all the video templates in the library. They are updated according to seasonality and renewed and added to regularly. As soon as your subscription is set up, you will have access to the entire template library.

Can I display a video created by DigitalSignage4 on a page of the site other than the product sheet?

You just need to take the Short Code for this video, available in the plugin’s video library, and place it somewhere in the FrontOffice (for example on the product category page or on your site’s home page).

If I stop using DigitalSignage4, can I keep the videos?

If you stop subscribing to one of the DigitalSignage4 packages, the videos you have created, whether active or inactive, are automatically deleted and you no longer have the right to use them.
If you have taken out the Social Sharing option, you can continue to use your videos on your social networks and your YouTube channel.

I want to upgrade my subscription. Is this possible?

You can change your subscription at any time by going to my account/subscriptions.

Can I use DigitalSignage4 videos on my social networks such as Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok?

Yes, you can! You can upload your videos using the Social Sharing option , which allows you to share them on all your social networks and your YouTube channel.

What happens if I end my DigitalSignage4 subscription?

Your subscription will be definitively terminated on the end date and the videos created during your subscription will be automatically deleted from your e-commerce site.

I have several shops. Which DigitalSignage4 subscription is best for me?

Each DigitalSignage4 package subscription can be used on one e-commerce site. This means you can choose the package that’s best suited to each of your online shops and upgrade it specifically. You only pay according to the needs of the e-shop.

What do I need on my site to use DigitalSignage4?

The DigitalSignage4 plugin is available for PrestaShop and WordPress. If you want to use DigitalSignage4, you only need to install the module in your back office.

How do I install the DigitalSignage4 module in PrestaShop or Woocommerce?

DigitalSignage4 is very easy to install, in the same way as other modules or extensions.
On Prestashop, from the Customise/Modules/Marketplace menu; on WordPress, from your WordPress Extensions menu.

How do I get my product page to automatically include DigitalSignage4 videos?

This is the default setting. Your video will automatically be added to the location usually reserved for photos of your products.

Where are my DigitalSignage4 videos stored?

Videos are stored on your server. As soon as a video is created, it is uploaded directly to your server by the DigitalSignage4 module.

How do I update the DigitalSignage4 module?

When an update is available, you will be notified by email. As with all the modules you install in your back office, you just need to click on ‘update’ to access the new version. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us .
