Description
This is a plugin to simply and easily modify wordpress’s default “Add New User” and “Forgot Password” emails as well as the subject and body of those emails.

Installation
To install this plugin:
- Go to the Add New Plugin screen, and click browse.
- Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
- Click the link on the left menu for Creative Pixel Press and then the Custom User Emails Page and enter your new mail messages

The plugin [password_reset_url] shortcode does not work with user names (not even nicenames!) that contain spaces or "out of the ordinary" characters like "-". Plugin authors promised to add a community suggested fix for this over half a year ago, never delivered.

I had tried the only on other plugin, SB Welcome Email Editor, that normally works BUT it does not work with Gravity Forms User Registration - this plugin does. Total life saver!
